Activities of the POLSIF Legal Centre

On Monday we started the activities of the POLSIF Legal Center.

The centre includes members of POLSIF who are practising specialists in the field of sustainable finance regulation and ESG broadly understood. The Center is headed by attorney Roksana Kałużna-Bałazy - founding member, member of the Management Board and Vice-President of POLSIF.

As part of the center, among others.
🔴 we will focus on practical interpretation of legal regulations to support financial institutions in their effective implementation
🔴 we will participate in consultations on new sustainable finance legislation at EU and local level
🔴 we will focus on informing the market about the latest legal regulations
🔴 we intend to popularize legal knowledge in the field of sustainable finance
🔴 we will support other POLSIF centers with legal knowledge
