Kozminski University and POLSIF join forces to promote sustainable finance in Poland

The Leon Koźmiński Academy (Kozminski University) and the Sustainable Investment Forum Poland (POLSIF) are joining forces to promote sustainable finance in Poland.
ALK - a leading business university in Poland operating also on the international arena and SIF Poland have signed a cooperation agreement. The cooperation agreement was signed by Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek - Rector of the Leon Koźmiński Academy and Krzysztof Kamiński, CFA, DI, CFA Certificate in ESG - President of the Management Board of POLSIF.
The purpose of the agreement is to strengthen relations between representatives of the world of business and science and to prepare joint educational projects and scientific cooperation. This agreement opens up new opportunities for students of the University to develop in the field of sustainable finance, constituting a solid bridge between the worlds of science and business.
“It is with great pleasure that we signed this agreement. For the University, this is an extremely important step towards the development of education in the area of sustainable finance. Combining theory with practice, we jointly contribute to the formation of leaders of the business world aware of challenges and environmentally and socially responsible,” said the Rector of the University Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek
“Cooperation with the Leon Koźmiński Academy is an extremely important step in the realization of our mission,” said Krzysztof Kamiński, CFA, DI, CFA Certificate in ESG.
“Our joint educational activities in the area of sustainable finance are key to shaping the future of the financial industry and developing the competencies necessary for business to operate effectively in a dynamically changing world”
The strategic partnership is already underway. Project leaders Prof. NU Franjo Mlinaric, PhD, and Marlena Janota - Member of the Management Board of POLSIF have already prepared new training programs for managers and a postgraduate study program on sustainable finance and investments in financial institutions.
