PLGBC Green Building Summit 2024 — Think about ReGeneration

14th PLGBC Green Building Summit on October 3-4 in Warsaw
PLGBC Green Building Summit is an international conference on sustainable construction in Poland, which allows sharing best practices and inspirations, learning and improvement. The 14th edition of the event, under the slogan “Think about Regeneration*”, will take place on October 3-4 this year in the certified space of the Sound Garden Hotel in the Business Garden complex in Warsaw and online. The organizer is the Polish Association of Ecological Construction (PLGBC).
PLGBC Green Building Summit is one of the most recognizable and opinion-forming international events dedicated to people who are shaping the future of sustainable construction, architecture and real estate in Poland. It is a place where participants share best practices, inspirations and improve their skills.
The conference is an excellent opportunity to establish contacts and cooperation between various entities operating in the field of green building. The event is attended by outstanding keynote speakers and speakers from Poland and abroad, including industry experts, scientists, representatives of companies and NGOs and public administration. This event is rich in additional activities, meetings and insightful conversations.
The event is organized in a hybrid format and includes two days full of activities. The program includes lectures, discussion panels and dynamic presentations of case studies. Once again, the show featured popular speed networking, which received huge interest last year.
During the first day of the PLGBC Green Building Summit, there will be four thematic sessions:
- Rising to the Challenge: Climate Change Solutions
- Building Biodiversity
- Giant Revolution
- Exploring Health, Wellbeing, and Life Satisfaction
The first day will be the closing ceremony of the PLGBC Green Building Awards 2024.
The second day of the conference, entitled “Free of Carbon Architecture”, will be devoted to the presentation of an educational and computational platform for estimating the carbon footprint of buildings in the A1-A3 life cycle of buildings. These activities are organized within the framework of the international project FoCA.

The event attracts everyone interested in sustainable construction, climate protection and SDGs, including: investors, developers, tenants, property managers, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, financial institutions, local governments, top management, urban activists, NGOs, students, university lecturers and the media.
PLGBC Green Building Summit is much more than a conference. As part of the event, additional engaging activities were also prepared, such as: Virtual Exhibition — Grand Press Photo 2024, the online edition of the exhibition “Póki Pą Pnie” prepared by Łódź Design Festival, book recommendations by Marcin Żebrowski from Urbcast.pl and the musical playlist of Anna Wojtkowiak from the RMF FM Group.
