POLSIF officially supports the 30% Club Poland campaign

The Sustainable Investment Forum Poland (POLSIF) is proud to announce that it has officially joined the group of institutions supporting the prestigious 30% Club Poland campaign. This collaboration is a natural step in fulfilling the association's mission, aligning the goals of sustainable financial market development with the drive to increase diversity at the highest levels of business decision-making.
As an organization dedicated to developing and promoting responsible investment standards in Poland, POLSIF has emphasized from the outset that the individual components of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) are inseparable. Achieving social (S) goals and building mature corporate governance (G) are inherently linked to ensuring appropriate female representation on the boards of capital companies.
Increasing diversity in supervisory and management bodies is not just about meeting equality demands; it is, above all, a proven way to increase organizational resilience, improve the quality of risk management, and generate stable, long-term value for investors and the economy as a whole.
Personal synergy and a shared mission
The collaboration between the two entities also has a strong personal dimension. The President of the POLSIF Board, Joanna Ałasa, is a co-founder of 30% Club Poland and an active member of its Steering Committee in Poland. This synergy allows for even closer knowledge and experience sharing between the sustainable finance market and the community committed to diversifying management structures.
"The Sustainable Investment Forum Poland joining the group of institutions supporting 30% Club Poland is a natural step in line with our mission. We believe that sustainable development of the financial market is impossible without strong corporate governance, responsible leadership, and diversity in decision-making processes. By supporting 30% Club Poland, we want to jointly promote good practices that translate into better management, greater organizational resilience, and long-term value for investors and the entire economy. I am convinced that only through cooperation can we effectively build a more sustainable and competitive capital market in Poland."
— Joanna Ałasa, President of the Board of POLSIF, Co-founder of 30% Club Poland
