Who are we?

Team and members

POLSIF is made up of dozens of representatives of leading investment fund companies, banks, private equity funds, organizations and chambers of industry and the world of science.

Marlena Janota

Member of the Management Board and Leader of the POLSIF Educational Centre

Member of the Management Board and Leader of the Sustainable Investment and Finance Education Centre of the Sustainable Investment Forum Poland (POLSIF) association.

A graduate of the Faculty of Organization and Management at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and executive management programs, among others at the École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris (HEC Paris), SDA Bocconi, London School of Economics, University of Cambridge.

Associated with the financial market since 2001. With the Santander Bank Polska S.A. capital group — since 2005. Since 2011, she has been a Member of the Management Board of Santander TFI Towarzystwo Fundusz Inwestyskich S.A, where she is responsible for the Sales and Marketing Area.

He has competencies in the creation and implementation of business strategy (including ESG implementation), marketing and sales of investment and insurance products, development of product offerings (including investment funds in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the SFDR Regulation), team management (focused on D&I), digital transformation (including AI).

SEG recommends simplified ESRS standards for large voluntary reporting companies
