POLSIF is made up of dozens of representatives of leading investment fund companies, banks, private equity funds, organizations and chambers of industry and the world of science.

Roksana Kałuzna-Balazy

Roksana Kałużna-Bałazy - founding member, Vice-President of the Management Board, leader of the POLSIF Legal Centre, POLSIF. Lawyer, graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University. He provides legal advice to business entities on sustainable transformation processes and on the integration of environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) aspects in business activities. He specializes in sustainable debt financing in the form of loans and financial instruments and regulatory issues concerning financial institutions. She participated in pioneering transactions in the field of sustainable financing on the Polish and international markets. He conducts lectures and workshops and is the author of publications in the field of ESG regulation.
