Who are we?

Team and members

POLSIF is made up of dozens of representatives of leading investment fund companies, banks, private equity funds, organizations and chambers of industry and the world of science.

Robert Sroka

Robert Sroka

Member of the Management Board and Leader of POLSIF Research Centre

Robert Sroka, PhD, is a member of the POLSIF Board, a Partner in the Abris Capital Partners fund, and a member of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics at the Leon Koźmiński Academy. He is a member of the Council of CET — Centre for Ethics in Technology. She is a member of the ESG Committee Invest Europe and the Human Rights and Social Issues Reference Group of the Principle for Responsible Investment (PRI).

He has completed several dozen projects supporting supervisory boards and boards of companies and investment funds in the implementation of ethical programs, anti-corruption systems, sustainable development strategies, ESG and corporate governance. He gained professional experience working at EY, among others, in the Abuse Risk Management Team and the Climate Change and Sustainability Team.

In 2021, Forbes Polska honored him with the main prize in the category “Responsible Capital” and The Drawdown awarded the “ESG Professional of the Year” 2022 award. He was ranked by Private Equity News among the twenty most opinion-forming people in the field of ESG. He is a graduate of the University Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership and the Oxford Impact Investing Program at Said Business School.
